Symptoms

所有使用 NetWorker 伺服器作為儲存節點的備份都會失敗，並顯示錯誤。

Cause

NetWorker 伺服器定義了多個儲存節點資源。

Resolution

  1. 關閉 NetWorker 伺服器上的所有 NetWorker 精靈

Linux： nsr_shutdown 或 systemctl stop networker
Windows： net stop nsrd

  1. 製作 nsrdb 資料夾。例如： nsrdb_backup。

Linux：/nsr/res/nsrdb
Windows：<INSTALL_DRIVE>：\Program Files\EMC NetWorker\nsr\res\nsrdb

  1. 從提升的命令提示符， cd 至 /nsr/res 目錄
  2. 運行”nsradmin -d nsrdb」以存取 nsrdb 處於離線模式。

出現以下提示：

NetWorker administration program.
Use the "help" command for help, "visual" for full-screen mode.
nsradmin> 
  1. Enter
show name; type
  1. Enter
print type: nsr storage node
 
（這會列出為 NetWorker 資料區域設定的所有儲存節點）

警示： 請仔細檢閱輸出結果，因為這會顯示 NetWorker 伺服器上設定的所有儲存節點名稱。輸入「n」（no） 以保留遠端儲存節點。輸入「y」（是） 以刪除 NetWorker 伺服器的儲存節點資源。僅刪除 NetWorker 伺服器儲存節點的例項。
  1. 完成後，請輸入：
quit
  1. 啟動 NetWorker 伺服器精靈：

Linux： systemctl start networker
Windows： net start nsrd

  1. 啟動 NetWorker 伺服器的 NetWorker Management Console （NMC）。前往裝置儲存>節點 視窗，確認存在 NetWorker 伺服器名稱的單一例項。
  2. 開始備份以確認備份可寫入 NetWorker 伺服器的裝置。
注意：如果程序發生錯誤，請停止 NetWorker 伺服器精靈並重新命名 nsrdb 資料夾，並將其替換為 nsrdb 在步驟 2 中創建的副本。
