Symptoms

使用 NetWorker 服务器作为存储节点的所有备份都将失败并显示此错误。

98519:save: Unable to setup direct save with server NetworkerServer.com: All destination storage nodes configured for the save operation for the client `client_name.com' are disabled. Cause

为 NetWorker 服务器定义了多个存储节点资源。

Resolution

  1. 关闭 NetWorker 服务器上的所有 NetWorker 守护程序

Linux： nsr_shutdown 或 systemctl stop networker
Windows： net stop nsrd

  1. 复制 nsrdb 文件夹中。例如： nsrdb_backup。

Linux：/nsr/res/nsrdb
窗户：<INSTALL_DRIVE>：\Program Files\EMC NetWorker\nsr\res\nsrdb

  1. 在提升的命令提示符下， cd 到 /nsr/res 目录
  2. 运行 ”nsradmin -d nsrdb“以访问 nsrdb 处于离线模式。

此时将显示以下提示：

NetWorker administration program.
Use the "help" command for help, "visual" for full-screen mode.
nsradmin>

show name; type

  1. 完成后，输入：
quit
  1. 启动 NetWorker 服务器守护程序：

Linux： systemctl start networker
Windows： net start nsrd

  1. 启动 NetWorker 服务器的 NetWorker Management Console （NMC）。转至设备存储>节点 窗口，以验证是否存在 NetWorker 服务器名称的单个实例。
  2. 启动备份以验证备份是否可以写入 NetWorker 服务器的设备。
提醒：如果该过程出现错误，请通过停止 NetWorker 服务器守护程序来恢复任何更改，并将 nsrdb 文件夹，并将其替换为 nsrdb 在步骤 2 中创建的拷贝。
