  • Resetting the NVRAM ( Factory Defaults ) on the S3845cdn Dell Laser Printer will remove the factory installed applications Scan to Fax Server and SharePoint.
These applications can be reinstalled by following the instructions below.
  • Visit Dell Support.
  • You may enter the printers Service Tag or click "Choose from all products".
    • If using "Choose from all products" click on "Printers".
    • Next click on "Color Laser Printers".
    • Click on your model of printer listed as either "Dell Color Smart Printer S3840cdn" or "Dell Color Smart Multifunction Printer S3845cdn"
  • Once you have arrived to the Support Page for your model printer select "Drivers & Downloads".
