Symptoms

環境資訊： 
Oracle Linux 7.4 running UEK 4.1.12-124.48.5
Oracle Database 19c with Clusterware 19.8.0.0
Avamar Client and Plugin version, 19.3.100-149

在備份開始失敗之前，並未對 RMAN 指令檔進行任何變更。所有指令檔都使用選用的參數 --taskfile。

RMAN 錯誤訊息堆疊會顯示以下訊息。 
ORA-19559: error sending device command: "--prefix=19/orcl10/
ORA-19557: device error, device type: SBT_TAPE, device name:
ORA-27194: skgfdvcmd: sbtcommand returned error
ORA-19511: non RMAN, but media manager or vendor specific failure, error text:
sbtpvt_update_semfile: Couldnot get sem set id.

在 sbtio.log 中看到部分行指出問題。

Cause

在 /etc/sysctl.conf 中檢查配置值，會顯示預期的值。

kernel.sem="400 150000 400 500"


但是，在安裝 Oracle Linux 7.4 修補程式後，並無法觀察到此情況。

Value post-patching - kernel.sem = 250 32000 100 128
Configured value not being observed - kernel.sem = 400 150000 400 500

Resolution

客戶手動重設 kernel.sem 參數，以符合 /etc/sysctl.conf。此變更可解決此問題，且套用正確值後，備份即可成功開始執行。
