Symptoms

L'interfaccia utente di PowerProtect Data Manager non mostra backup non riusciti, ma il report DPA mostra backup non riusciti. 

I dati di origine del report provengono dall'API PowerProtect Data Manager /api/v2/aggregation/protection-metrics

L'output dell'API mostra un errore di backup che conferma che il problema riguarda PowerProtect Data Manager.

Cause

La richiesta di "unable to delete storage unit" viene considerata come un'attività di protezione.
Se si verifica un errore durante l'eliminazione di un unità di storage, l'API segnala un errore di backup.

Resolution

Soluzione: A partire da PowerProtect Data Manager 19.15, l'errore non è un errore di backup.

Soluzione: Correggere l'errore di sistema "unable to delete storage unit".
