Symptoms

PowerProtect Data Manager UI에는 실패한 백업이 표시되지 않지만 DPA 보고서에는 실패한 백업이 표시됩니다. 

보고서 소스 데이터는 PowerProtect Data Manager API에서 가져옵니다 /api/v2/aggregation/protection-metrics

API 출력에 백업 실패가 표시되어 PowerProtect Data Manager에 문제가 있음을 확인합니다.

Cause

"스토리지 유닛을 삭제할 수 없음" 요청은 보호 작업으로 처리됩니다.
스토리지 유닛을 삭제할 때 오류가 발생하면 API가 백업 실패를 보고합니다.

Resolution

해결 방법: PowerProtect Data Manager 19.15에서 이 오류는 백업 장애가 아닙니다.

해결: "스토리지 유닛을 삭제할 수 없음"이라는 시스템 오류를 수정합니다.
