Symptoms

使用选项 Persistent_Copy_Limit（n） 运行 zDP VDG 时，如果每天移除saved_snapsets，则计数值 （n） 不会减少，并导致以下警告消息。  
EIP0257W VDG vdg_name, Persistent Copy Limit reached (nn)

Cause

这是软件问题造成的。

Resolution

解决办法：
 
  • 请勿使用Persistent_Copy_Limit选项。
或
 
  • 套装 Persistent_Copy_Limit（256）
 
 永久修复：
 
  • 对于 Mainframe Enablers 8.5，已开发 PTF SF85032 来纠正此问题。可从戴尔在线支持网站下载。
  • 对于 Mainframe Enablers 8.4，已开发 PTF SF84115 来纠正此问题。可从戴尔在线支持网站下载。
