Symptoms

Avamar 管理主控台伺服器 （MCS） 會產生事件代碼 23017 的警告事件 （反向查詢無法與用戶端提供的頁面位址相符」或「反向查詢的位址無法與用戶端位址相符」）。

Cause

功能變數名稱伺服器 （DNS） 會針對單一主機名稱使用多個 IP 位址進行回應。

Resolution

識別產生警告的用戶端。

1.尋找包含事件代碼的 MCS 記錄：

grep 23017 /usr/local/avamar/var/mc/server_log/mcserver.log.*
 

2.使用檢視開啟記錄事件代碼的 mcserver 紀錄（例如 mcserver.log.10）

view /usr/local/avamar/var/mc/server_log/mcserver.log.10
 
3.在日誌中搜索事件代碼。
  • 提示：
    • 」Shift + G」以移至記錄檔的結尾。 
    • 使用「 反向搜尋檢視中的事件代碼 23017 」?23017」

4.找到事件日誌后，搜索或在生成事件代碼之前驗證用戶端提供的頁位址的最後一個實例。
  • 提示：

5.執行 nslookup 使用 DNS 伺服器的紀錄中的 IP 位址。

nslookup <Client_IP_Address>

（這會傳回用戶端的主機名稱。）

6.執行 nslookup 返回的主機名。它可能有一個以上的 IP 位址：

nslookup <Client_IP_hostname>

Name: <client_hostname>
Address: <client_IP_2>
Name: <client_hostname>

確認用戶端主機名稱在查詢 DNS 時傳回多個 IP 位址後，請向客戶提供此資訊。客戶必須與其網路團隊合作，以解決其 DNS 伺服器上的問題。

注意：此問題可能出自多個用戶端。
