Symptoms

PPDM(PowerProtect Data Manager) 검색 엔진이 배포된 후 다음 메시지와 함께 실패합니다."
클러스터가 작동하지 않습니다. 노드에서 API 서비스가 실행되고 있지 않습니다." 검색 엔진 상태가 준비되었습니다.

VMDM 로그에 다음과 같은 주요 오류가 표시됩니다.

2023-03-13T06:48:55.138Z ERROR [Timer-1] [][][][][] [c.e.b.v.v.s.h.SearchUpdateHelper.getSearchTelemetry(352)] -  Failed to get telemetry data 
com.emc.brs.vmdm.error.ComponentException: org.springframework.web.client.HttpClientErrorException$Unauthorized: 401 Unauthorized: "The user does not have authorization to access this API<EOL>The user does not have authorization to access this API<EOL>"

 

Cause

"사용자에게 이 API에 액세스할 수 있는 권한이 없습니다."
이 메시지는 검색 노드가 PPDM 정규화된 도메인 이름을 확인할 수 없음을 나타냅니다. PPDM 인스턴스와 통신할 수 없습니다.

Resolution

DNS 문제를 확인합니다.

  1. 검색 노드에 로그인합니다.
  2. PPDM 인스턴스의 정규화된 도메인 이름 조회를 수행합니다. nslookup <PPDM FQDN
  3. 조회가 성공적으로 해결되어야 합니다. 문제 해결에 실패하면 검색 노드를 구성할 때 제공한 DNS에 문제가 있는 것입니다. 또는 DNS 구성이 변경되었을 수 있습니다. 이것이 검색 노드의 초기 구성인 경우 DNS 값을 수정하고 재구성하십시오.


그렇지 않으면 검색 노드가 구성된 후 DNS 서버의 DNS 항목에 PPDM 서버를 추가합니다.

검색 노드 자격 증명을 검색하는 단계:

  1. PPDM 어플라이언스에서 루트 사용자로 전환합니다.
  2. 다음 명령을 실행합니다.
source /opt/emc/vmdirect/unit/vmdirect.env
/opt/emc/vmdirect/bin/infranodemgmt get --secret
