PowerProtect Data Manager：搜索引擎失败，群集无法正常工作

Symptoms

PowerProtect Data Manager （PPDM） 搜索引擎在部署后失败，并显示以下消息。”
群集无法运行。API 服务未在节点上运行：”搜索引擎状态为“就绪”。

VMDM 日志中显示以下关键错误：

2023-03-13T06:48:55.138Z ERROR [Timer-1] [][][][][] [c.e.b.v.v.s.h.SearchUpdateHelper.getSearchTelemetry(352)] -  Failed to get telemetry data 
com.emc.brs.vmdm.error.ComponentException: org.springframework.web.client.HttpClientErrorException$Unauthorized: 401 Unauthorized: "The user does not have authorization to access this API<EOL>The user does not have authorization to access this API<EOL>"

 

Cause

“用户无权访问此 API”
此消息指示搜索节点无法解析 PPDM 完全限定域名。它无法与 PPDM 实例通信。

Resolution

检查 DNS 问题：

  1. 登录到搜索节点
  2. 查找 PPDM 实例的完全限定域名。 nslookup <PPDM FQDN
  3. 查找应成功解决。如果解析失败，则在配置搜索节点时提供的 DNS 存在问题。或者，DNS 配置可能已更改。如果这是搜索节点的初始配置，请更正 DNS 值并重新配置。


否则，在配置搜索节点后，将 PPDM 服务器添加到 DNS 服务器的 DNS 条目。

检索搜索节点凭据的步骤：

  1. 在 PPDM 设备上，切换到 root 用户。
  2. 运行以下命令。
source /opt/emc/vmdirect/unit/vmdirect.env
/opt/emc/vmdirect/bin/infranodemgmt get --secret
