PowerProtect Backup Services: REST API Response Does Not Contain Expected Response

Summary: REST API call returns 200 but it does not contain the expected response.

Symptoms

After making a REST API call, it returns 200 but it does not yield any meaningful response. 
Say, when querying a report, the response does not contain anything related to that report.

Cause

Customer is using the default API URL (https://apis.druva.com/XYZ).

Resolution

When generating the API credentials, note down the API Endpoint URL. In this example, it is https://apis-us0.druva.com.
Use the URL there as the prefix for any REST API call, for example, https://apis-us0.druva.com/XYZ in this case.
