Symptoms

NetWorker 已設定為執行 Azure VM 快照保護。
Azure VM 快照還原會立即失敗，並出現下列錯誤 nsrazure_recover 記錄：

Linux：/nsr/logs/adhoc/nsrazure_recover/jobid.log
Windows （預設）：C：\Program Files\EMC NetWorker\nsr\logs\adhoc\nsrazure_recover\jobid.log

Cause

即使具有正確的許可權，仍可能發生此授權失敗。當 Azure 儲存帳戶缺少已配置的專用終結點連接時，會發生這種情況。

儲存帳戶終結點

注意：Azure 儲存帳戶專用終結點連接用於通過Microsoft網路（而不是公共 Internet）將虛擬網路 （VNET） 中的資源安全地連接到 Azure 儲存帳戶。在還原 Azure VM 的上下文中，這在還原過程中增強安全性和確保專用連接方面起著至關重要的作用。

Resolution

有兩個選項：

  • 如果必須使用指定的存儲帳戶，Azure 管理員必須為 Azure 儲存帳戶配置專用終結點連接。
  • NetWorker 備份系統管理員可在還原期間指定不同的 Azure 儲存帳戶。存儲帳戶必須與目標磁碟位於同一目標 Azure 區域中，並且必須配置專用終結點連接。
