Symptoms

Datatastaturet (internt eller tilkoblet eksternt tastatur) reagerer ikke på inndata. Tastaturet høres å klikke når du skriver inn Windows 11 eller Windows 10 over høyttalerne. Det eksterne tastaturet fungerer heller ikke, med de samme symptomene. Skjermtastaturet fungerer.

Cause

Filtertastene er aktivert.

Dette skjer når du holder nede skifttasten i åtte sekunder og aktiverer filtertastene. (Standardinnstillingen er for filternøkler aktivert)

Resolution

Følg disse trinnene i Windows 11 og 10 for å slå av filtertastene:

  1. Åpne innstillinger:

    Klikk på Start-knappen og deretter på Innstillinger-ikonet (tannhjulikonet).

  2. Gå til Tilgjengelighet:

    I Windows 10 velger du Hjelpemiddel. I Windows 11 velger du Tilgjengelighet.

  3. Velg tastatur:

    Velg Tastatur i menyen til venstre.

  4. Slå av filtertastene:

    Finn filtertastene og bytt den til Av-posisjon .

  5. Valgfri:

    Deaktiver hurtigtasten:

    • Når du aktiverer filternøklene ved et uhell, deaktiverer du snarveien som aktiverer den.

    • Under Filternøkler klikker du Oppsett av filternøkler. 

    • Fjern deretter boksen som sier; Slå på filtertastene når høyre SKIFT trykkes inn i 8 sekunder.
