重置虚拟卷影拷贝服务

Symptoms

无法获取虚拟机生产检查点。错误为：

"Production checkpoints cannot be created for...".

备份失败。错误为：

 "Production checkpoints cannot be created for..."


日志报告 VSS 服务未运行：

VMWare Servers can show "Get-VMIntegrationService -VMName "XXXX" shows lost comm for VSS".

Cause

涉及作系统文件的定期 Windows Server 更新和文件损坏通常会导致卷影复制服务失败。   

Resolution

说明：
下面是一个脚本，旨在为卷影拷贝 （VSS） 服务执行文件重置。
1.将上边框下方到下边框上方的所有内容复制到记事本文件中。
2.使用名称 ”RESET_VSS_SCRIPT.BAT“ ，然后在管理命令窗口中运行。
