Při pokusu o otočení klíčů SSH v systémech ECS a ObjectScale může operace uživatelské konzole selhat s následujícími chybami:

Cause

Problémy s připojením SSH k síti: Síťové připojení nebo připojení SSH mezi uzly nebo se vzdáleným virtuálním datovým centrem (VDC) nemusí být k dispozici.

Problém s klíči SSH: Stávající klíče SSH ve VDC nemusí být správně nakonfigurovány.

Resolution

Port SSH by měl být otevřený mezi VDC ve federaci, aby bylo možné střídat klíče.

Pokud se tím problém nevyřeší, obraťte se na technickou podporu systémů Dell ECS a ObjectScale a nadělte vám protokoly uzlu, ze kterého byla konzole spuštěna:

/opt/emc/caspian/user-console/<timestamp>_run_Refresh_Certificates/
