Avamar: 콘솔 서버 데이터를 서버에 저장할 수 없음 - 일시 중단된 디스패처로 인해 발생

이 이벤트는 다이얼 홈 이벤트 또는 MC UI 이벤트로 기록하거나 Avamar 유틸리티 노드의 명령줄에서 다음을 사용하여 확인할 수 있습니다.

Symptom: 22402, Desc: Could not save console server data to server.

Avamar Server Dispatcher 가 일시 중단되면 MCS(Management Server Console) 플러시(일명 백업)가 실패할 수 있습니다.

Dispatcher는 수동으로 수행하는 경우에만 일시 중단될 수 있습니다. 일반적으로 이 문제는 Avamar 그리드에서 문제 해결을 수행할 때 발생합니다.

1. 디스패처가 일시 중단되었는지 확인합니다.

a. Dispatcher가 false(일시 중단된 열)로 표시되면 Avamar로 돌아갑니다. 콘솔 서버 데이터를 서버에 저장할 수 없음(증상 코드 22402) 해결 경로를 참조하십시오.

b. Dispatcher가 true(일시 중단된 열)로표시되면 활성화해야 합니다. 2단계로 이동합니다.

2. Avamar 그리드에서 문제 해결이 수행되지 않는지 확인합니다.  

3. 디스패처를 다시 활성화합니다. 

avmaint resume

4. 디스패처가 재개되었는지 확인합니다.

5. MC UI Event Monitor를 모니터링하여 MCS 플러시가 성공하는지 확인합니다.

그렇지 않은 경우 Avamar로 돌아갑니다. 콘솔 서버 데이터를 서버에 저장할 수 없음(증상 코드 22402) 해결 경로를 참조하십시오.
