[MAPS-1003], Switch, Condition=SWITCH(FLOGI/min>6), Current Value:[FLOGI,8 Logins], RuleName=defSWITCHFLOGI_6, Dashboard Category=Fabric State Changes.

What the above alert means is that if a device performs more than 6 FLOGI's in a minute it will get flagged (Condition=SWITCH(FLOGI/min>6).
The hint on where to look is the Dashboard Category=Fabric State Changes. Take a look at the fabric log with the fabriclog --show command and see if there are entries in there that match with the time stamp of the MAPS-1003 message. If there was just a burst of these errors then no further action is required. If the fabric log is showing multiples SCNs and ELPs for a particular port then please gather a supportsave and open a service request with DELL EMC Connectivity support.
