Symptoms
avvcbimage.log 文件和 avtar.log 文件内部发生多个错误。

avvcbimage Warning <6653>: CTL workorder "MOD-1289960020340" non-zero exit status 'code 158: Cannot establish connection with server (possible network or DNS failure)'
- Avtar.log
avtar Error <10541>: Failed to resolve Data Domain Server name
Cause
Avamar VMware 代理无法解析 Data Domain 服务器。
Resolution
必须检查 Avamar VMware 代理上的 DNS 条目 （/etc/resolv.conf）。
故障处理说明：
- 通过 SSH 连接到有问题的代理
- 从错误
avtar Error <10541>，记下 Data Domain 主机名。 - 在代理上运行以下命令（将
DataDomainHostname与 Data Domain 主机名）。这会使用 /etc/hosts 中配置的名称服务器，并检查是否可以解析 Data Domain。
grep -oP '(?<=^nameserver\s)\S+' /etc/resolv.conf | xargs -I{} sh -c 'echo -n "{}: "; nslookup "DataDomainHostname" {} >/dev/null && echo "OK" || echo "FAIL"'
- 如果名称解析失败，请确定配置的名称服务器是否正确。
- 当条目正确且 Data Domain 主机名无法解析时，调查代理的已配置 IP 信息，并使用正确的值重新部署。
- 如果不正确，请使用正确的 DNS 条目重新部署代理。
