Symptoms

Une connexion DHSM ne peut pas être créée entre Unity et le serveur CTA. Cette erreur se produit lors de la tentative de création de la connexion à partir du serveur CTA :

ACD authentication: Failed. No matching connection was found for the secondary target.  The connection will be created automatically after the first archiver run involving this primary and secondary.  If you want to verify the authentication credentials you must create a secondary connection for the primary on the control station.

Cause

L’URL (nom d’hôte) du serveur CTA contient un caractère non valide, tel qu’un trait de soulignement.

Resolution

Remplacez le nom d’hôte du CTA par un nom valide. Dans ce cas, un nom valide a été atteint en supprimant le trait de soulignement. 

Exemple : 
Original hostname: cta01_abc.xxxxx.com

Updated hostname: cta01abc.xxxxx.com
Reportez-vous à la section Informations supplémentaires pour laquelle les logs indiquent l’erreur dans cet exemple.

Cette erreur s’affiche lors de la tentative de création de la connexion à partir de l’interface de ligne de commande Unity :
