Symptoms

Non è possibile creare una connessione DHSM tra Unity e il server CTA. Questo errore viene visualizzato quando si tenta di creare la connessione dal server CTA:

ACD authentication: Failed. No matching connection was found for the secondary target.  The connection will be created automatically after the first archiver run involving this primary and secondary.  If you want to verify the authentication credentials you must create a secondary connection for the primary on the control station.

Cause

L'URL (nome host) del server CTA contiene un carattere non valido, ad esempio un carattere di sottolineatura.

Resolution

Modificare il nome host della CTA con un nome valido. In questo caso, è stato raggiunto un nome valido rimuovendo il carattere di sottolineatura. 

Esempio: 
Original hostname: cta01_abc.xxxxx.com

Updated hostname: cta01abc.xxxxx.com
