Symptoms

De storage-array genereert automatisch een zelfondertekend certificaat bij initialisatie. Dit certificaat verloopt na drie jaar en zou een maand voor de vervaldatum automatisch opnieuw moeten worden gegenereerd. Deze automatische regeneratie mislukt.

Cause

Er is een codeprobleem geïdentificeerd als reden voor de storing.

De TRiiAGE_full_StartLog- of c4-startlogboeken rapporteren de vervaldatum als dagen dalen tot een negatief getal:

...
check_cert.sh Days until ssl certificate expires: -50
check_cert.sh Days until ssl certificate start date: -1145
 

Resolution

Handmatig opnieuw gegenereerd door KB-artikel KB 22509
te volgen: Upgrade naar het nieuwste doelcodeniveau.
