Symptoms

zDP ISPF-interface EIPCLIST mislukt bij het selecteren van Query.  
Foutbericht: Validatie mislukt. Het resourceblok voor: EMC. ADMIN. CMD.ZDP. VRAAG. SNAPSET is niet gevalideerd.

Cause

Upgraden van MFE 8.3 naar MFE 8.4 of 8.5 en de installatie-instructies in de Dell EMC Mainframe Enablers TimeFinder SnapVX en zDP producthandleiding
niet volgen.
In MFE 8.3 zijn er installatie-instructies om deze variabelen aan te passen die zich in het EIPCLIST-lid bevinden: 
EIP_RACF_START 
EIP_RACF_STOP
EIP_RACF_RELDLOCK 
EIP_RACF_PAUSE
EIP_RACF_RESUME
EIP_RACF_SMF
EIP_RACF_TERM_RANGE

 
In MFE 8.4 of 8.5 en hoger zijn deze variabelen verwijderd uit de installatie-instructies en uit het EIPCLIST SAMPLIB-lid.   

Resolution

Permanente oplossing:

Bij het upgraden van MFE 8.3 naar MFE 8.4 of 8.5 moet het ISPF EIPCLIST-lid uit de nieuw geïnstalleerde SAMPLIB-dataset worden gebruikt omdat eerdere versies niet compatibel zijn.
 
Volg de installatie-instructies van MFE 8.4 of 8.5 voor de zDP ISPF interface EIPCLIST in de Dell EMC Mainframe Enablers, TimeFinder SnapVX en zDP producthandleiding.
