Se slutpunktsenhedens logfiler i terminalen ved at vælge 'VIEW DEVICE STATUS' [5] eller indsamlet ved at vælge 'EXPORT LOGS' [10] fra hovedmenuen.
Vælg "EXPORT LOGS" [10] for at eksportere logfilerne til support. Logfilen tar.gz gemmes på den samme placering, hvor servicekonsollen blev startet.
