Dell NativeEdge: Come esportare i log da NativeEdge Service Console

Instructions

All'avvio dello strumento Service Console, selezionare un'interfaccia sulla stessa rete di livello 2 come descritto in LKB000216330.

Visualizzare i registri dei dispositivi endpoint nel terminale selezionando "VISUALIZZA STATO DISPOSITIVO" [5] o raccoglierli selezionando "ESPORTA REGISTRI" [10] dal menu principale.

1. GET MANAGEMENT NETWORK INFO
2. SET MANAGEMENT NETWORK INFO
3. PING
4. TRACEROUTE
5. VIEW DEVICE STATUS
6. GET RENDEZVOUS SERVER
7. SET RENDEZVOUS SERVER
8. GET NTP SERVER
9. SET NTP SERVER
10. EXPORT LOGS
11. REBOOT
12. EXIT

Per esportare i registri per il supporto, selezionare 'EXPORT LOGS' [10]. Il tar.gz di registro viene salvato nella stessa posizione in cui è stata avviata Service Console.
