Symptoms

嘗試對 Microsoft SQL Server 執行探索時，探索工作可能會失敗，並顯示下列錯誤：

ASDS0027: 
Discovery of all application systems for addon MICROSOFT_SQL_DATABASE_SYSTEM is unsuccessful on host <SQL Server Host> because of the following errors: 
General exception when detecting AAG information for SQL Server '<SQL Server Host>'. .

The application system discovery is unsuccessful.

Check the log files at the following locations for more information: 

On Windows: INSTALL_DIR\DPSAPPS\AGENTSERVICE\logs. 
On Linux or AIX: /opt/dpsapps/agentsvc/logs.

Cause

PowerProtect Data Manager 服務會在本機系統帳戶下執行。依預設，探索 SQL 資產是使用本機系統帳戶對Microsoft SQL Server 執行。

發生探索失敗的原因是 Authority\SYSTEM 帳戶不是 SYSADMIN SQL 中的「安全性」角色。

Resolution

若要解決此問題，請新增 NT Authority\SYSTEM 帳戶到 SYSADMIN Microsoft SQL Server 例項上的安全性角色。如果無法做到這一點，您可以讓 PowerProtect Data Manager 使用不同的帳戶來執行探索和備份。

若要設定此設定，請按照下列步驟操作：

  1. 在 PowerProtect Data Manager 管理員 UI 中，前往 基礎結構\資產來源， 然後選取 SQL 標籤。
  2. 從清單中選取 SQL Server 旁的核取方塊，然後選取 編輯登入資料
