Symptoms

복제 문제는 새 CG(Consistency Group)를 생성하거나 기존 CG에 저널 볼륨을 추가한 후 동일한 Unity 어레이를 사용하는 여러 RecoverPoint 시스템에서 시작됩니다.

Cause

이 문제는 서로 다른 RecoverPoint 시스템의 여러 RPA가 동일한 저널 볼륨에 쓸 때 발생합니다.  이 경우 두 CG에 대한 저널 기록이 손상되고 데이터 일관성을 보장하기 위해 전체 스윕이 시작됩니다. 또한 이렇게 하면 복제 프로세스가 재시작되어 RPA에 대한 재부팅 규정이 발생합니다.

해상도:
모든 RecoverPoint 시스템에서 각 정합성 보장 그룹에 고유한 저널 볼륨이 포함되어 있는지 확인합니다. (관리자 CLI 명령 "get_group_volumes"는 각 시스템에서 사용되는 저널 볼륨을 식별하는 데 유용할 수 있습니다.)

  1. 영향을 받는 CG에서 타겟 복제본의 Journal 탭으로 이동합니다.
  2. "Edit Journals" 버튼을 클릭하고 새 저널 볼륨을 선택하여 CG에 추가하고 문제가 있는 저널 볼륨을 지웁니다.

제한 사항:
VNX와 달리 Unity에는 스토리지 그룹이 없다는 내용의 "미드레인지 스토리지를 사용한 Dell EMC RecoverPoint 구축 기술 노트" 7페이지에 설명되어 있습니다. 따라서 다른 RPA 클러스터에 의해 이미 보호되고 있는 볼륨을 포함하여 모든 볼륨이 모든 RPA 클러스터에 표시됩니다. 보호되지 않는 볼륨만 보호해야 합니다. 이미 보호된 볼륨을 보호하는 경우 다음을 수행합니다.
  • 복제가 시작되지 않음
  • 링크 상태가 시스템에 의해 일시 중지됨을 나타냅니다.
  • 오류는 볼륨이 이미 보호되고 있음을 나타냅니다
  • 선택한 볼륨이 다른 RPA 클러스터의 저널 볼륨인 경우 데이터 손상이 발생할 수 있습니다
