ECS: How to file an enhancement request (ER)

Instructions

Dell values your input and your ideas for product improvements which are an important part of our product development cycle. Your input is evaluated for consideration as a product enhancement by a team of designers and analysts.

When a user has an ECS Enhancement Request, they should contact the Dell Accounts team (SAM/DSM/GEM/ASR).

The Accounts team will in turn submit an Enhancement Request with the ECS Product management team.
