Avamar UI 或日志中将显示以下错误：

<MRMON154> Controller ID: 0 Battery relearn timed out

Cause

供应商正在对此进行审查。

Resolution

1.以管理员身份登录 Avamar Server，提升为 root，然后加载 SSH 键，您可以向下滚动页面。

2.使用 UI 事件或呼叫总部服务请求中的信息：

一个。确定生成错误消息的节点。

b.以根用户身份连接到该节点：

ssn 0.# --user=root

3.解压 /var/log/messages 文件（使用以下适用命令）：

bunzip2 /var/log/messages*
gunzip /var/log/messages*
xz --decompress /var/log/messages*
 

4.查看消息日志 （/var/log/messages） 中是否存在电池重新记忆 事件：
