Avamar NDMP 백업이 실패하고 다음 메시지가 표시됩니다.
 

2016-10-11 09:35:51 avndmp Error <0000>: [snapup-/ifs/XXXXXN/HOME/YYYYY] NDMP: Could not resolve FILESYSTEM /ifs/XXXXX/HOME/YYYYY - No error: 0
2016-10-11 09:38:08 avndmp Error <0000>: [snapup-/ifs/XXXXX/HOME/YYYYY] Backup for target /ifs/XXXXX/HOME/YYYYY had errors.


 

Cause

파일 시스템에 액세스할 수 없거나 없습니다.

Resolution

문제 해결:
Avamar Administrator GUI > Backup and Restore 창을
엽니다. NDMP 가속기 클라이언트의 경우 로그에 기록된 파일 시스템이 표시되는지 확인합니다.

위에서 언급한 오류를 감안할 때 파일 시스템이 표시되지 않을 것으로 예상됩니다.

NAS에서 파일 시스템을 사용할 수 있는지 확인합니다.

NAS가 Isilon인 경우 다음(예) curl 명령으로 웹 서비스를 탐색하여 Avamar 외부에 파일 시스템이 있는지 테스트할 수 있습니다. 
curl -vk -u "av-browse-admin" -X GET 'https://10.11.1.1:8080/namespace/ifs'
or


curl -vk -u "root" -X GET 'https://10.11.1.1:8080/namespace/ifs'
This example shows the directory /ifs.  Alternatively you could enter /ifs/XXXXXN/HOME/YYYYY
The command will display content under that directory.
  • 파일 시스템이 존재하지 않는 경우 데이터 세트에서 제거해야 합니다
  • 파일 시스템이 존재하는 경우 데이터 세트 내에서 철자가 올바른지 확인하십시오
  • 파일 시스템이 없는 경우 데이터 세트에서 잘못된 항목을 제거하고 백업을 다시 실행하십시오
  • curl 명령을 사용하여 파일 시스템이 표시되고 데이터 세트의 항목과 일치하는 경우 Avamar 지원 팀에 문의하여 추가 지원을 받으십시오.
