ViPR Controller : Discovery failed for Storage System ECS

Symptoms
This is a new ViPR implementation.
After adding an Elastic Cloud Storage system to VIPR, the discovery of the ECS fails.
ViPR UI Error:
"Discovery failed for Storage System ECS urn:storageos:StorageSystem:4290412e-d8f2-40f3-8ad4-67783bfa4d78:vdc1: because null"
After adding an Elastic Cloud Storage system to VIPR, the discovery of the ECS fails.
ViPR UI Error:
"Discovery failed for Storage System ECS urn:storageos:StorageSystem:4290412e-d8f2-40f3-8ad4-67783bfa4d78:vdc1: because null"
Cause
When adding the ECS to ViPR, the incorrect Port number (443) was inputted.
Resolution
The Port 4443 should be used when adding an Elastic Cloud Storage to ViPR.
