NetWorker: polecenia authc kończyją się niepowodzeniem z komunikatem "unable to find valid certification path"

• Serwer NetWorker jest wdrażany w autonomicznym systemie (nieklaskowanym).
• Polecenia auth NetWorker (authc_config, authc_mgmt) nie powiodła się z następującym błędem:

• Ten problem występuje niezależnie od tego, czy używasz lokalnego uwierzytelniania NetWorker lub zewnętrznego uwierzytelniania (LDAP).

Występuje niezgodność podpisu certyfikatów emcauthctomcat. Funkcja emcauthctomcat jest domyślnie skonfigurowana podczas wdrażania NetWorker. Ten certyfikat znajduje się w trzech miejscach:

Linux:

• /nsr/authc/conf/authc.keystore
• /opt/nsr/authc-server/conf/authc.truststore
• /opt/nre/java/latest/lib/security/cacerts

Windows:

• C:\Program Files\EMC NetWorker\nsr\authc-server\tomcat\conf\authc.keystore
• C:\Program Files\EMC NetWorker\nsr\authc-server\conf\authc.truststore
• C:\Program Files\NRE\java\jre#.#.#_#\lib\security\cacerts

Popraw niezgodność certyfikatu.

1. Utwórz kopię istniejących plików magazynu kluczy:
   Linux:

   • /nsr/authc/conf/authc.keystore
   • /opt/nsr/authc-server/conf/authc.truststore
   • /opt/nre/java/latest/lib/security/cacerts

   Windows:

   • C:\Program Files\EMC NetWorker\nsr\authc-server\tomcat\conf\authc.keystore
   • C:\Program Files\EMC NetWorker\nsr\authc-server\conf\authc.truststore
   • C:\Program Files\NRE\java\jre#.#.#_#\lib\security\cacerts

    

   UWAGA: Plik cacerts znajduje się w skonfigurowanej instancji JRE firmy Authc. Ścieżki przedstawione powyżej występują w przypadku zainstalowania środowiska NetWorker Runtime Environment (NRE). Jeśli zainstalowano oprogramowanie Oracle Java JRE, plik cacerts znajduje się w ścieżce instalacji java w obszarze .. \lib\security\cacerts.

2. Na serwerze NetWorker otwórz wiersz polecenia administratora lub głównego.

3. Zatrzymaj usługi serwera NetWorker:
   Linux: nsr_shutdown
   System Windows: net stop nsrd

4. Zmień katalog na JRE \bin dir.

5. Korzystając z poniższej składni polecenia, usuń certyfikaty emcauthctomcat z lokalizacji magazynu kluczy, w których występuje niezgodność.

   Linux:
   ./keytool -delete -alias emcauthctomcat -keystore /path/to/keystore -storepass password

   Windows:
   keytool -delete -alias emcauthctomcat -keystore "C:\path\to\keystore" -storepass password

   UWAGA: Hasło magazynu kluczy Java, niezależnie od tego, czy NRE czy Oracle jre jest zmieniane. Magazyn kluczy authc to hasło magazynu kluczy zdefiniowane przez użytkownika, ustawione podczas korzystania z kreatora instalacji NetWorker (Windows) lub skryptu /opt/nsr/authc-server/scripts/authc_configure.sh (Linux).

6. Domyślny certyfikat emcauthctomcat powinien istnieć w następującej lokalizacji:
   Linux: /nsr/authc/conf/emcauthctomcat.cer
   windows: C:\Program Files\EMC NetWorker\nsr\authc-server\tomcat\conf\emcauthctomcat.cer

7. Zaimportuj domyślny certyfikat emcauthctomcat do lokalizacji magazynu kluczy:
   Linux:
   ./keytool -import -alias emcauthctomcat -keystore /path/to/keystore -storepass password -file /nsr/authc/conf/emcauthctomcat.cer

   Windows:
   keytool -import -alias emcauthctomcat -keystore "C:\path\to\keystore" -storepass password -file "C:\Program Files\EMC NetWorker\nsr\authc-server\tomcat\conf\emcauthctomcat.cer"

8. Użyj polecenia keytool -list polecenie, aby potwierdzić, że certyfikaty emcauthctomcat są zgodne w każdym z magazynów kluczy:

9. Uruchamianie usług NetWorker:
   Linux: systemctl start networker
   Windows: net start nsrd

10. Spróbuj użyć authc_config lub authc_mgmt Polecenia:
    authc_config -u Administrator -e find-all-users
