Symptoms

Appliance may encounter a node reboot.

Cause

During a planned failover with reverse operation, the stop NAS server on destination was issued as part of the procedure.
Simultaneously, the NAS server was restarted after the config FS was refreshed, yet the indication thread was not completely started when the stop to move the NAS server from non-production to production mode occurs. As a result, the node reboot occurs if the VDM service indication starts and stops simultaneously.

Resolution

No action is required. The cluster is automatically repaired.
