Cause

これは、有機ELパネルが節電のためにパネル セルフリフレッシュ(PSR)を開始しようとし、表示内容の変更が検出されるとPSRを終了するためです。この操作を繰り返すと、ディスプレイがちらつきます。

Resolution

PSRを無効にするには、次の手順を実行します。

  1. デスクトップを右クリックするか、スタート メニューから[ Intel Graphics Settings]を開きます。
  2. 左ペインの [システム ]に移動し、[ 電源]を選択します。
  3. [On Battery]ページで[DisablePanel Self-Refresh]をクリックし、[Apply]をクリックします。または、ノートパソコンからACアダプターを取り外し、[Panel Self-Refresh]で [Disable ]をクリックし、[ Apply]をクリックします。
  4. [電源接続]ページで[パネルのセルフリフレッシュを無効にする]をクリックし、[適用]をクリックします。または、ACアダプターをノートパソコンに接続し、[Panel Self-Refresh]で[Disable]をクリックしてから、[Apply]をクリックします。
