Symptoms

Systemet rapporterar följande fel:

RAC0622: An invalid certificate file is uploaded Make sure the CA certificate and provide key are correct and retry the operation. Certificate validated using the OpenSSL tools.

Resolution

  1. Aktivera och registrera iDRAC IP på DNS-servern (Domain Name Service)
  2. Använd det fullständigt kvalificerade domännamnet (FQDN) som skapades i DNS för att ange fälten för nätverksnamn (CN) och generera CSR-begäran (Certificate Signing Request). Använd Certificate Authority (CA) för att signera det och sedan ladda upp det till iDRAC.
  3. Bläddra till iDRAC-portalen efter det är FQDN.
