Cause

Les autorisations du fichier /root/.ssh/rootid ont été modifiées. Le paramètre par défaut de ce fichier est 600 autorisations.

Remarque : La raison de la modification des autorisations /root/.ssh/rootid est inconnue. La valeur par défaut doit être 600, et aucun workflow de mise à niveau/cumul ne doit modifier cette valeur. La modification des fichiers et paramètres système par défaut sur l’instance NVE peut entraîner des problèmes lors des rollups/mises à niveau, voire endommager l’instance NVE et nécessiter un redéploiement et NetWorker Server Disaster Recovery (nsrdr). Par conséquent, il n’est pas recommandé de modifier les fichiers ou paramètres système par défaut.

Resolution

  1. Ouvrez une session SSH sur NVE et connectez-vous en tant qu’administrateur.
  2. Passez à l’utilisateur root :
sudo su -
  1. Définissez les autorisations de /root/.ssh/rootid sur 600
chmod 600 /root/.ssh/rootid
  1. Assurez-vous que /root/.ssh appartient à root :
chown -R root:root /root/.ssh
  1. Vérifiez que la propriété et les autorisations /root/root/.ssh/rootid sont correctes :
ls -l /root/.ssh/rootid

  1. Revenez au gestionnaire d’installation NVE. Cliquez sur Réessayer la tâche en cours.
  2. Surveillez l’exécution de l’opération OsRollup.
Remarque : L’instance NVE peut redémarrer pendant les mises à jour du système d’exploitation. Dans ce cas, vous devez vous reconnecter à l’interface Web NVE. Une fois le cumul terminé, il est répertorié comme « Terminé » dans l’onglet Historique .
