Instructions

DD3300 bruger en tilpasset Dell R740xd-platform, hvor den fysiske slotnummerering starter ved 0, mens Data Domain-softwaren identificerer diske fra 1. Denne uoverensstemmelse skaber forvirring, når advarselsdata korreleres med fysiske diskpositioner.

Forstå forskelle i slotnummerering på DD3300.

  • Fysiske slots: Start ved 0.
  • Softwaredisk-id er: Start ved 1 (format: Enclosure.DiskF.eks. 1.18).

Brug nedenstående diagrammer til at finde ud af, hvilken disk der skal fjernes, baseret på diskidentifikationsoplysningerne i advarslen.

    Tilknytning af diskadvarsler til det korrekte harddiskslot kan også udføres ved hjælp af CLI (Command-Line Interface).
