DD3300は、カスタマイズされたDell R740xdプラットフォームを使用します。物理スロット番号は 0から始まり、Data Domainソフトウェアは ディスクを1から識別します。この不一致により、アラート データを物理ディスクの位置に関連づける際に混乱が生じます。

DD3300のスロット番号の違いを理解します。

  • 物理スロット: 0 から開始します。
  • ソフトウェア ディスクID: 1 から開始 (形式: Enclosure.Disk例えば。 1.18)を使用するシステムで一般的に行われる、繰り返しのプログラムおよび消去サイクルによって劣化しやすい傾向があります。

次のチャートを使用して、アラートで提供されたディスク識別情報に基づいて、どのディスクを取り外すかを決定します。

  • アラートのエンクロージャとスロットの情報を確認します。この場合は> 、  Enclosure=1:Disk=18 
  • レイアウトの表(上記)を参照して、どの物理スロットがアラートのエンクロージャおよびディスク スロット情報にマッピングされるかを判断します。 
    • 1ディスク18は、物理スロット#17にあります。 

    ディスク アラートを正しいハード ドライブ スロットにマッピングするには、CLI(コマンド ライン インターフェイス)を使用することもできます
    次のコマンドを実行して、ディスクからスロットへのマッピング情報を表示します。
