Cause

AppSync 작업은 AppSync 서버 내부 및 외부 등 여러 가지 이유로 인해 응답이 중지된 것처럼 보일 수 있습니다.

내부적인 이유로는 서비스 계획이 실행되는 동안 과도한 CPU 부하(85% 초과)가 발생하거나(85% 초과) 서비스 계획이 실행되는 동안 AppSync 서버가 재부팅되는 경우가 있을 수 있습니다(이에 국한되지 않음).

외부적인 이유로는 사용자 스크립트의 응답이 중지되어 스크립트가 완료될 때까지 기다리는 동안 AppSync 서비스 계획의 응답이 중지되는 것 등이 있습니다(이에 국한되지는 않음). 또는 AppSync 클라이언트가 응답을 중지하거나 느리게 응답하여 서비스 계획의 응답이 명백히 중지될 수 있습니다. 
 
중요 사항: 아래 해결 방법을 시도하기 전에 서비스 계획을 사용할 수 없는지 확인하고 이 문제를 해결하기 위한 단계를 수행해야 합니다. AppSync 이벤트 및 Server.log 검토하면 특정 서비스 계획이 응답을 중지한 위치를 알 수 있습니다. 예를 들어, 서비스 계획 실행의 마지막 이벤트가 아래 예제와 같이 표시되는 경우 사용자 스크립트의 응답이 중지될 수 있습니다. 스크립트를 실행 중인 호스트에서 중지하면 AppSync 서비스 계획이 완료될 수 있습니다.

Resolution

해결 방법:     
아래 방법을 사용하여 문제를 해결할 수 있습니다. 이 해결 방법을 수행할 수 없거나 이 해결 방법으로 문제가 해결되지 않는 경우 Dell 고객 지원 부서에 문의하십시오.
  1. AppSync UI의 대시보드를 확인하여 중지된 응답 서비스 계획만 실행되고 있는지 확인합니다.
  2. AppSync 서버 서비스를 중지합니다.
  3. AppSync 데이터스토어 서비스를 중지합니다.
  4. 의 내용을 이동합니다.C:\EMC\AppSync\jboss\standalone\tmp\vfs 다른 폴더로(나중에 삭제할 수 있음).
  5. 폴더 나가기 C:\EMC\AppSync\jboss\standalone\tmp\vfs 온전하지만 비어 있습니다.
  6. 데이터 저장소 서비스를 시작합니다.
  7. AppSync 서버 서비스를 시작합니다.
