Symptoms

L'host PowerPath Linux non è in grado di connettersi a PowerPath Management Appliance (PPMA) poiché il servizio PowerPath Management non può avviarsi a causa del seguente errore:

Cause

Ciò è dovuto ai seguenti motivi: libjson-c.so.2 librerie non installate sull host Linux.

In Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7.5, json-c non è installato per impostazione predefinita nell'installazione minima e si consiglia di installare il pacchetto separatamente.

Resolution

Si consiglia di installare json-c separatamente e avviare il servizio PowerPath Management in un secondo momento quando l'host PowerPath Linux può essere aggiunto a PPMA.
