MFE zDP: VDG cannot start after the previous secure snapset has not been created

Symptoms
zDP VDG with SKIP=0 in the following parameter cannot start after the previous secure snapset has not been created.
Cycle_Time(NN,0,SECURE,DD,0) The error looks like:
EIP0201I VDG VDG_NAME1, Beginning cycle 6
EIP0217I VDG VDG_NAME1, Devices validated for consistency, via SRDF/A
EIP0204E VDG VDG_NAME1, SNAPSET VDG_NAME1..250692145C00006 failed

SCF0747I ZDP VDG VDG_NAME1 Ended Cause
This is due to a software issue during the zDP secure snapset skip value processing.
Resolution
Workaround:
Restart the VDG again.
Permanent Fix:
- For Mainframe Enablers (MFE) 10.0.0, Program Temporary Fix (PTF) SFA0120 is developed to address the issue. It is available to download from Dell Online Support.
- For MFE 10.1.0, PTF SFA1068 is developed to address the issue. It is available to download from Dell Online Support.
- For MFE 10.2.0, PTF SFA2024 is developed to address the issue. It is available to download from Dell Online Support.
