"Log could not be retrieved"

ADM8010E - Backup was unable to copy requested log file "S0000001.LOG" for inclusion in the backup image. The backup has been aborted.

SQL2428N - The backup operation did not complete because an error was encountered while the backup utility was retrieving the log files.

DIA3841E - A file "" could not be found.

Cause

Detta är ett känt problem som IBM har åtgärdat i sina senaste DB2 11.5.8 och 11.5.9 FIXPACK 0.

Resolution

Nedanstående alternativ är tillgängligt:

  1. IBM har en korrigering för det här problemet i DB2 11.5.8 och senare versioner. Om användaren har en specialversion för DB2 11.5.8 eller 11.5.9 måste de kontakta IBM:s support för ett FIXPACK som innehåller specialversionen.

  1. Användaren måste ha VENDOROPT inställt på en CFG-fil och CFG-filen måste ha DB2INSTANCE angivet.
