Symptoms

當備份層級設為增量或僅記錄時，NetWorker SQL 資料庫備份會強制完整執行。

警告 nsrsqlsv 記錄：

(pid7004) NSR critical 39 Failed to find matching recover object. 
(pid7004) NSR info 75 No full backupset was found for "database name"
Backup level forced to database full 

Cause

NetWorker 伺服器上不會產生用戶端的索引。NetWorker 伺服器精靈記錄中的消息：

File_index notice Notice: the index header for client is currently unavailable

Resolution

在出現 ONIE 提示時，執行下列命令： 
'nsrck -L6 client name'
接下來執行命令：  
nsrinfo -n mssql clientname
執行下列命令，確認要列出儲存集： 
nsrck -L6
第一個備份會執行層級已滿，而連續備份為增量備份或僅排程正確時記錄在案。

Additional Information

也請確定已勾選以下內容：

  1. 資料庫模型已滿。
  2. 以前的資料庫完整備份已存在。
  3. 資料庫上的最後一個備份是使用 NMM 執行的。
  4. 未檢測到日誌間隙。
