Cause

Dit probleem heeft de volgende redenen:

  • Poorten worden niet groen weergegeven op het overzichtstabblad van de switch, waardoor de status van de poort niet onder het dashboard wordt weergegeven
  • Synchronisatie gemist omdat achtergrond vastloopt

 

Resolution

We moeten deze gegevens vernieuwen en er zijn twee actieplannen:

REGELING 1:
Root-toegang is vereist om deze activiteit op de switch uit te voeren. Start de HTTP-services voor Webtools opnieuw.
