Symptoms

通过 NetWorker 执行的 Azure 虚拟机 （VM） 备份间歇性失败，并在备份作日志中观察到以下错误：

207705:nsrazure_save: Curl: Error setting options/performing in curl, error details: Failure when receiving data from the peer(curl error code: 56), Error while copying snapshot to DD
207650:nsrazure_save: azurvmbackup: snapshot VM-NAME_DISK-NAME_SNAPSHOT-TIMESTAMP copy to DD failed
207820:nsrazure_save:Cannot backup to DD.  Backup of saveset: RESOURCE-GROUP-NAME:VM-NAME:VM-NAME_DISK-NAME failed.

Cause

curl 56 错误是一般网络连接错误代码。常见原因包括：

  • TLS/SSL 握手问题。
  • 对等方重置连接（服务器意外关闭连接）。
  • 防火墙或安全干扰。
  • 数据传输期间超时或数据包丢失。

而 nsrazure_save 命令遇到 CURL 通信问题，正在中止作业而不重试连接。受影响的版本：

Resolution

在以下 NetWorker 版本中添加了重试逻辑：

  • 19.14.0.0（2026 年 1 月）

 

提醒：代码更改无法解决 curl 连接失败，因为这是在 NetWorker 外部发生的。遇到此连接问题时，代码更改会提供“重试”功能。相同的”curl error code: 56“消息可能会在日志中找到;但是你会看到”Retrying from offset“，连接将恢复。每个存储集仅尝试重试 50 次。默认情况下，NetWorker 策略具有“一次重试”设置。这意味着，如果存储集失败，策略将再次尝试备份。如果连接再次失败超过 50 次，存储集将无法备份。必须在 Azure 级别调查过多的网络连接故障。
