Symptoms

SyncIQ 작업이 완료되지 않은 채 오랜 시간 실행되었습니다.
SyncIQ에서 보내는 데이터가 존재하는 것보다 더 많다고 보고합니다.

isi sync jobs reports view <policy_name>

동일한 작업 항목이 다시 시작됨:

isi_for_array -Q 'zgrep -ho "<policy_name>.*Read work item.*"  /var/log/isi_migrate.log*' |sort | uniq -c | sort -n

Cause

SyncIQ는 SyncIQ 작업을 처리하기 위해 동적으로 작업자를 할당합니다. 각 작업자는 다음을 포함하는 작업 항목에 할당됩니다.

  1. 수행해야 할 작업의 범위와
  2. 작업 항목이 시작되는 위치를 표시하는 검사점
드문 경우지만 동적 작업 할당으로 인해 작업 항목이 완료되지 않습니다. 재시작할 때마다 원래 체크포인트에서 시작됩니다. 작업 항목은 다른 SyncIQ 작업을 처리하기 위해 동적으로 재할당되기 전에는 완료되지 않습니다.

따라서 SyncIQ가 동일한 파일의 복제를 계속 기록하고 보고하는 동안에는 작업 항목이 완료되지 않습니다.

Resolution

이 상태는 드뭅니다. 해당 해결 방법을 적용하기 전에 Dell 지원에 문의하여 동작을 확인합니다.
