Symptoms

SyncIQ 工作執行過長時間卻未完成。
SyncIQ 回報的已傳送資料多於現有資料：

isi sync jobs reports view <policy_name>

重新啟動相同的工作項：

isi_for_array -Q 'zgrep -ho "<policy_name>.*Read work item.*"  /var/log/isi_migrate.log*' |sort | uniq -c | sort -n

Cause

SyncIQ 會動態指派工作者來服務 SyncIQ 工作。每個工作人員都被分配到一個工作項，其中包括。

  1. 一系列待完成的工作，以及
  2. 用於標記工作項開始位置的檢查點
在極少數情況下，由於工作的動態分配，工作項永遠不會完成。每次重新啟動都從原始檢查點開始。工作項在動態重新分配以服務另一個 SyncIQ 作業之前永遠不會完成。

結果是工作項永遠不會完成，而 SyncIQ 繼續記錄和報告相同檔的複製。

Resolution

這種情況很少見。請聯絡 Dell 支援部門以確認此行為，再套用適用的因應措施。
