Symptoms

SyncIQ 作业长时间运行而不完成。

isi sync jobs reports view <policy_name>

重新启动相同的工作项：

isi_for_array -Q 'zgrep -ho "<policy_name>.*Read work item.*"  /var/log/isi_migrate.log*' |sort | uniq -c | sort -n

Cause

SyncIQ 动态分配工作线程来为 SyncIQ 作业提供服务。每个工作人员都被分配到一个工作项，其中包括。

  1. 要完成的一系列工作，以及
  2. 用于标记工作项开始位置的检查点
在极少数情况下，由于工作的动态分配，工作项永远不会完成。每次重新启动都从原始检查点开始。在动态重新分配工作项以处理另一个 SyncIQ 作业之前，工作项永远不会完成。

结果是，当 SyncIQ 继续记录和报告相同文件的复制时，工作项永远不会完成。
