Symptoms
Configure the Switch IP Address Using Terminal Services
To configure the IP address of the switch, perform the following steps:

Connect to the switch.

From the main menu, select IP Settings.
- Highlight the existing IP address.
- Type the new IP address and select Yes to save it to NVRAM.
The change in address does not occur until the next reboot.
Configure the IP Address using the Web Browser
Configure the IP address of the swich by performing the following steps:
- Connect to the switch using your web browser. The default IP address is 192.168.0.1.
- Click System Manager and select IP Settings from the submenu.

Type the new IP address and click Apply to save it.The change does not take effect until after the next reboot.
