Symptoms

Hyper-v backup fails with [Export] ExternalAPIException: Internal Server Error.

Nei log del nodo è presente un'eccezione simile alla seguente:

I registri dell'agent contengono un errore simile al seguente: 

ExceptionMessage:	Could not load type 'DDBoost.ConnectorsPool' from assembly 'DDBoost, Version=1.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null'.
ExceptionType:		System.TypeLoadException
StackTrace:
   at HyperVAgent.FileTransfer.DdBoostService.UploadConfiguration(String vmName, String exportConfPath, String backupFileName, DdBoostBackupDestination ddBoostBackupDestination)
   at HyperVAgent.Controllers.DdBoostController.UploadVmConfiguration(String vmName, DdBoostBackupDestinationDTO ddBoostBackupDestinationDto)
   at lambda_method(Closure , Object , Object[] )

Cause

I pacchetti Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable 2013 e 2015 richiesti non sono stati installati sull hypervisor.

Resolution

L'installazione dell'agent richiede .NET Framework 4.7.2 o versione successiva, Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable 2013 e 2015. 

vcredist_x64 viene distribuito con l'agente e si trova nella seguente posizione:

C:\Program Files\vProtect\Hyper-V Agent\bin
