Hyper-v backup fails with [Export] ExternalAPIException: Internal Server Error'dir.

Cause

Gerekli Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable 2013 ve 2015 paketleri hipervizör üzerine yüklenmedi.

Resolution

Aracı kurulumu için .NET Framework 4.7.2 veya üzeri, Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable 2013 ve 2015 gerekir. 

vcredist_x64 aracıyla birlikte dağıtılır ve aşağıdaki konumda bulunabilir:

C:\Program Files\vProtect\Hyper-V Agent\bin
